Merlin xu870 - Ubuntu 7.04 doesn't work

Hy all I just upgraded from 6.10 to 7.04 and the patch above doesn't work anymore. Did any of you find a solution to make this hsdpa card work in ubuntu feisty? Is there any other patch available?
